Weekday consultations are by appointment so we can give you adequate time with your preferred doctor. Saturday mornings are walk-in.

Answers to what reception is asked most

Getting your test results

To maintain the highest standard of care, a follow-up consultation is required to discuss your results. Reception staff cannot discuss or email copies of any test results without doctor approval.

Repeat scripts and referrals

You will need to see a doctor to have a script or referral written. This ensures proper management of your health condition.

Consultation fees

Consultations incur a $30–$40 gap payment. Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card and DVA Card holders, and children under 16, are bulk billed. Workcover and CTP claims are billed directly to the insurer.

Requesting your own doctor

Yes — continuity of care is encouraged. Ask for your preferred GP when you book online or over the phone.
